As the saying goes, “you can’t read the label from inside the bottle.” Sometimes the best way to move your internal team forward is by bringing in an outside perspective. Training, exercises, creative kickstarting, confidence building, and whatever else it takes to get the wheels spinning. Be aware, I use wildly unconventional approaches for even the most corporate environments.
